SHALOM EPA!!!!! My name is Jackie Abramson and I am your Israel Affairs Vice President for the 2013-2014 year.
A little about me:
-I am a member of West Chester USY aka- THE BEST CHESTER
-I graduate in 2014 from Henderson High School
-This past year I was on EPA’s Israel Affairs Regional General Board and I was co-president of the fabulous West Chester chapter
-I spent a semester in Israel on Tichon Ramah Yerushalayim (TRY) which was absolutely amazing. For 18 weeks I submerged myself spiritually and physically in the Israeli nation, through studies, religious observance and experiencing the bible at the actual sites of important historical events.
-Let’s be honest here, I’m short
-It’s Abramson not AbraHAMson… I am a Jew, no ham.
-I would truly like to make an impact on the world and I believe every little step counts
-I don’t know how to read a map and am the worst person to ask for directions
-I’m the youngest of 5 pretty crazy but loving siblings
-My favorite part about convention is seeing new and old faces
-My ultimate hope for this year is for everyone to gain that personal connection to Israel and for everyone to leave Israeli Affairs programs with new insights.
